Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully Repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
